I mean, if its just a coincidence, excuse my misunderstanding. But even if im right, im not saying it in a bad way. I thjink its a social thing to do. A good way to start conversations with strangers.

Hey Steve cool videos..we like your approach. We Look fwd to your weekly clips. We wondered why you never hire/take a bike with you on back of your car or ute. You’d be a lot fitter! All those Scottish treats you love would taste even better after a hard day biking and filming. My wife and me bike various rail trails around NZ. These days mostly in the Waikato region. Some of the places we bike are look very similar to the remote parts of Scotland your’e visiting eg it’s a Long drive to get to the start point, often wet, extremely hot, extremely cold, extremely windy, often isolated but always spectacular! Four seasons in day stuff. We are planning our next trip to Scotland and UK, partially based on where you’ve recently been. If you’re ever coming to NZ let me know via your channel. We’d loved to show you around. My Grandad came to NZ from Glasgow over 100 years ago with his Irish wife (O’Neil from County Cork). It was a place called Pathfoot. Couldn’t find it during our last trip. Someone said that these little villages were often bulldozed? Do you have any info? Angus Ignite

If I was being pedantic I would mention that actually Semisopochnoi Island in the Aleutian Islands off the coast of Alaska is the most easterly point as it's just across the 180 degree meridian or International Date Line.

Wow amazing footage this place reminds me so such of old town palma and near to the cathedral this was in 2007 i think its probably changed a bit. But the square in salamanca reminds me of the one in palma centre beautiful old baroque architecture good stuff been watching all your Scottish travels too. That wind you had to hide from n cute little honestly desert place

That's some serious path Steve, you really need to be fit for it. Not exactly the best marked trail although good views of the sea but a real experience. Alicja seemed in her element climbing those rocky hills, your challenge is to keep up! Walking on those big pebbles was scary as well as the water covered rocks and planks. The scenery does look as I expected for the area, however that path is brutal. Love the guns but hard to see targets in the fog! 'A great video though so well done on surviving it!

It is a spectacular train ride, but it is just way, way too slow. We who live here appreciate the scenery of course, but the speed of travel is a lot more important. Sadly, our politicians have no enthusiasm for railroads and the right wing seems to be waging a slow war against the whole system, with never ending privatisations and demergings. This particular journey, Bergen to Oslo, is one of the busiest flight routes in Europe as a result, which is tragic.

Not a pothole in sight.

Good old Kiruna, eternal rival to us people in Gällivare. As a kid i went to their summer festival and vomited on the roller coaster. Then as an adult i went to the punk and metal shows and vomited in the beer tent.

Great roof area at airport, used to go up on roof of Cardiff as a kid to watch planes come in. Sadly health+safety put an end to it.
